William Earl Wilson, 90, Bourbon County, a farmer, widower of Jessie Mae Conyers Wilson, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010. He was born January 14, 1920 in Bourbon County, son of the late Bishop and Effie Sargent Wilson and was a member of Little Rock Christian Church. He is survived by a grandson, Craig Dawson, Lexington; two sisters, Margaret Dawson, Winchester, Helen Reynolds, Bath County; and three brothers, J.W. (Lucy) Wilson, Ray (Faye) Wilson, both of Bourbon County, and Wayne (Patsy) Wilson, Winchester. A daughter, Jean Wilson Dawson, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 18, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Chuck Perry with burial in the North Middletown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be David Wilson, Victor Wilson, Paul Doug Wilson, Randy Taulbee, Billy Florence, and J.D. Gilvin. Honorary bearers will be Harold Soper, Rex Rawlings, Wilburn Dale, Donnie Foley, Carl McGlone, Bryan Highley, Tom Robinson, and Rufus Hartman, Jr. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
