Hinton-Turner Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kenneth Collins can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Green Apples

My Grannie Kathleen Million and Kenneth's mom Agnes were sisters. Kenneth would bring his mom over to Grannie and Grandaddy's house to visit on Sunday afternoon from time to time. They had apple trees in the yard and Kenneth loved eating little green apples. Grandaddy would always laugh and tell him he'd have a belly ache eating all those green apples. My mom Patricia Reynolds was just asking about Agnes children yestrday and was talking about Kenneth coming and eating the green apples. She's in a nursing home now here in Richmond. My prayers go out to the family. Lots of good memories from the visits they made to my Grannies house.
