Judy Carolyn Florence, 65, wife of Ottis Clay Florence died Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at her residence. She was born May 1, 1951, daughter of the late Bob and Lorene Fern Stanfield. Judy was a long time employee of Ken’s New Market and was a member of River of Life Church in Richmond, Kentucky. In addition to her husband, Judy is survived by two sons, Steve (Tonya) Florence, Bourbon County, Ottis (Lynn) Florence, Louisville; five grandchildren, Steven (Kelly) Florence Jr., Whitney (Palace) Florence, Ottis Florence III, Kyle Florence, Caylenn Florence; one great granddaughter Ashtyn Ratliff; three sisters, Wanda Pope, Vicki (Hubert) Watkins, Ruby Handy Zehe; and two brothers, Terry (Donna) Stanfield and Bobby (Mary) Stanfield Jr. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Andrea Florence; five brothers, Frankie Stanfield, Jerry Stanfield, Billy Handy, Noble Handy, and Hobert Handy; and two sisters, Shirley Davis and Margaret Williams. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with burial in the Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana. Casket bearers will be Steven Florence Jr., Ottis Florence III, Kyle Florence, Terry Stanfield, Jeremiah Stanfield, and Robert (Hoss) Wilson. Honorary bearers will be Whitney Florence, Caylenn Florence, Kelly Florence, and Ashtyn Ratliff. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
