Condolence: My gosh, I truly do not know what to say. Tom Sledd was my mentor and my friend. I would not be alive if it weren't for him. He was a spiritual giant, and when I saw him a few weeks ago, he said, in his southern Kentucky twang, "Brian, I am ready for glory." His life was not about his own. He cared for and put others needs before his own. No one was a stranger to him, and everyone was worthy of his friendship. He taught me so much. I missed his local memorial service, which breaks my heart, but I hope his family knows that Tom Sledd was a legend. I love you Tom, see you in Glory!!!
