Condolence: Waiting for bad weather to pass at the gliderport and telling stories to pass the time. Sitting in a small cafe and chatting with the waitresses. Following Virgil flying the ridge and talking lift and landings afterwards. Virgil knew how to tell a story, how to put people at ease, and how to make folks laugh. So glad to have those shared times. So lucky to have Virgil in our lives. He lives on in our stories and memories.
